1. Lie on your back with your arms on either side of your body.
2. Straighten your legs and slowly lift them upwards. Make sure to squeeze them together. Your shoulders, head, and arms should still be flat on the floor. Only lift your legs.
3. Slowly lean your legs to the right, keeping them squeezed together.
4. Bring them back to the center and slightly lower them.
5. Raise them again and now slowly lean them to the left.
6. Return to the center. Complete three sets.
1. Sit on your bottom with your back straight and legs out in front of you. They should be open a bit wider than your shoulders.
2. Push your hands straight out and make straight lines with your arms.
3. Rotate your shoulders and attempt to touch your right foot with your left hand.
4. Return to your starting position and repeat on the opposite side.

6. Complete 20 leans on each side, alternating them as you go.
1. Begin by sitting on one hip. Keep your legs slightly bent to the side.
2. Tighten your thighs and stomach, using them to lift your hip away from the floor. Reach your arm overhead at the same time.
3. Slowly lower your calf to the floor and hold the position for at least five seconds.
4. Do this 10 times and then switch to the other side.
These exercises are a great workout all on their own, but they’re even more effective when combined with the waist trimmer.
