1. Diamondback Bicycles Overdriver 29er
Ready to cruise through the mountains in style?
You’ll love this mountain bike that’s made from aluminum alloy. It features formed and butted tubes that make the frame incredibly strong, sound, and lightweight.
I think those guys at Diamondback have developed the fastest ever areo bike with this model.
All you need to do to assemble this bike is put together the front wheel, seat, and pedals. In a matter of seconds, you can be out your door and headed to the trails.
Even if you’ve ridden dozens of mountain bikes, I can guarantee that this one will impress you. It’s no skutt bike!
2. Diamondback Bicycles Recoil 29er
Here’s another bike that comes just about ready to ride.
It’s a full suspension mountain bike, so you’re sure to get an incredibly smooth ride that just can’t compare with other mountain bikes.
The frame is built with aluminum alloy that lets you rest easy knowing that the frame can hold up on those rocky trails.
If you’re even more serious about your mountain trail exploring, it’s easy to upgrade certain components of this bike to create a custom ride that can handle virtually anything you throw at it.
But leaving it just as it is works, too. I’ve taken this bike up into the mountains a few times now, and I’ve never had an issue.
But it’s nice to know that I have the option to upgrade my bike without having to buy an entirely new model.
3. Diamondback Sorrento Hard Tail Complete Bike
I almost didn’t purchase this bike, but I’m so happy that I did.
I was checking out all of my options, and for some reason I just kept coming back to this model, probably because of the Diamndback mountain bikes reviews on this particular bike.
The assembly was pretty simple. I needed to attach the brake cable to the handlebar attachment and then install the handlebar. I also had to put on the front tire and adjust the brakes before I put on the seat and pedals.
A quick tire pressure check was the only other thing I needed to do before hitting the road. On that day, I did about 10 miles without stopping.
I expected to find something wrong with the bike because it was the first time I took it out, and there are usually some adjustments that need to be made. However, this wasn’t the case with the Sorrento. Everything went perfectly smooth and I have yet to have a problem with this bike.
4. Diamondback Edgewood Complete Hybrid Bike
I love hybrid bikes, and Diamondback makes a great one.
It features an aluminum frame, Shimano shifter and brake lever combo along with a comfortable seat that’s easy to adjust.
The tires last forever on this bike. I’ve yet to have any problems with them. The handlebar is adjustable, adding to the comfort level already oozing from this ride.
I did have to replace the brake pads pretty quickly, and I was bummed that there wasn’t a kickstand included. But overall, I found that this was the perfect bike for transitioning from smooth sidewalk to rocky trails.
While I have a lot of bikes, it’s nice sometimes to count on one bike to do more than one thing. And Diamondback hybrid bike reviews agree with me, saying that this is one of their top models.
5. Diamondback Overdrive Hardtail Mountain Bike
I should mention that I’m pretty tall. At just over 6’, it’s hard to find a bike that fits my tall frame.
I’ve been into mountain biking for quite some time now, and it just doesn’t get easier when it comes to finding a bike that fits.
But I was pleasantly surprised with the Hard Tail. Not only did it come with all the tools I needed to for assembly, I actually felt completely comfortable the first time I sat on it.
I didn’t need to adjust the seat or purchase any extenders to make the bike feel like it fit me.
It did take me a bit to figure out the brake cables. They took a lot of trial and error, but eventually I had them functioning fine.
I was missing my kickstand again as well. I ride this bike a bit more than some of my others because of how well it fits me, so I purchased a separate kickstand to add to it.

But even if you only have a Diamondback mountain bike, I still suggest taking it out for a ride through town. I can assure you that it will be the smoothest ride you’ve had, and you’ll have peace of mind knowing that you’re riding a strong bike that can handle the urban jungle terrain.

Diamondback Bikes Vs Giant
Many consumers compare Diamondback bikes with bikes made by Giant. I’ve ridden several bikes from both companies, and I must say that I find Diamondback to be more reliable.
In fact, I’ve found myself rebuilding bikes made by Giant because something just wasn't right from the start. The opposite is true about Diamondback.
I’ve never had to perform any serious maintenance on any of my Diamondback bikes.
